Seeking Machine Operators in Boyertown, PA

PeopleShare is seeking qualified candidates for Machine Operator positions in Boyertown, PA!

  • Schedule: 1st shift, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday and 2nd shift, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday - Friday, and 3rd shift, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Sunday - Thursday
  • Pay Rate: $13 - $15/hour, depending upon experience
  • Full-time, contract to hire

Job Responsibilities & Description:

  • Preparing product for shipment by utilizing necessary picking and packing techniques
  • Receiving product and documenting accordingly to pack product for shipment
  • Operating machinery to prepare product accordingly
  • Performing other job duties assigned by supervisor
  • Must be willing to learn machine operating and packing duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Must have prior production experience
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 50lbs.
  • Must be able to learn on the job
