Details for B2B Customer Service Representative:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
  • Pay Rate: $14-$19
  • Contract to Permanent

Job Responsibilities & Description for B2B Customer Service Representative:

  • Place orders within proprietary system
  • Provide excellent account management and cross selling of products and service (B2B)
  • Provide regular customer updates to ensure excellent customer service
  • Resolve any problems or issues concerning customers shipments, inventory or billing
  • Work with purchasing and warehouse team to maintain filling orders

Job Requirements for B2B Customer Service Representative:

  • 1+ year experience business to business (B2B) Customer Service experience
  • Must have industrial office experience
  • Required to type 40 WPM and well as have computer skill in Microsoft office and Excel
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced office and work well with team and individually
