Job Details for the Junior Staff Accountant:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
  • Pay Rate: $50,000-55,000 annually

Job Responsibilities & Description for the Junior Staff Accountant:

  • Responsible for analyzing budgets and forecasting
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, journal entries, and account analysis
  • Process bank and credit card reconciliation
  • Post monthly journal entries to document business transactions
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts and prepare account analysis

Job Requirements for the Junior Staff Accountant:

  • Must have Bachelors degree in Accounting
  • At least 1-2 years of corporate accounting experience
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in Oracle or NetSuite is a plus
