Job Details for Insurance Verification Specialist:

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
  • Pay Rate: $12 per hour
  • Contract to Hire

Job Responsibilities & Description Insurance Verification Specialist:

  • The Insurance Verification Specialist is responsible for finding and verifying coverage for patients.
  • The Insurance Verification Specialist will be entering patient insurance information directly in computerized billing system and patient accounts.
  • The Insurance Verification Specialist will be responsible for knowing the requirements of patient insurance plans in relationship with the provider.

Job Requirements Insurance Verification Specialist:

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Medical claims experience is a plus.
  • Customer Service experience preferred.
