Job Description

We are hiring for detail-oriented and motivated Packer/Inspectors for a manufacturing company in Cranbury, NJ! The Inspector/Packers are responsible for reviewing products after production for final quality assurance purposes. After inspection, responsibilities include packing the material, labeling it, and completing all necessary final steps for the order to be shipped to the customer.

Job Details for the Inspectors/Packers:

  • Hours - both 1st and 2nd shift available
    • 1st shift, 6:00am-2:30pm
    • 2nd shift, 2:00pm-10:30pm
  • Pay Rate: $15.00/hour
  • Contract, approximately 3 months

Job Responsibilities & Description:

  • Inspect products post-production for errors or defects
  • Run small inspection machine if needed
  • Sort through materials, rejecting defective pieces
  • Pack products and label boxes for shipment

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail and good vision
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to carry and lift up to 30lbs and stand for periods of time
  • Previous experience in packing and/or quality assurance preferred but willing to train for the right candidate
