Prior experience in inside sales for plastics distribution or manufacturing is a plus!

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
• Pay Rate: $18 - $20 / Hour (Dependent on Experience)
• Temporary to Permanent (Only career minded candidates)

Job Responsibilities & Description for the Inside Sales / Customer Service Position:

• Answer phone calls and emails, providing product quotes, placing customer orders accurately through the company specific system
• Develop working knowledge of products and product properties
• Enhance customer relationships and build loyalty

Job Requirements for the Inside Sales / Customer Service Position:

• Good communication skills (both oral and written)
• Professional telephone etiquette and speaking voice are a must
• Strong computer skills. Familiarity with Mac (vs PC) a plus
• Ability to work in team selling environment
• Capable of handling multiple priorities while working in a fast-paced work environment
• Excellent organizational skills
