Job Description

We are seeking multiple part-time inbound Customer Service individuals for a contract-to-hire role within a growing organization in Center City. This role is 3 days a week, with shifts from 6am - 1pm and 1pm - 8pm.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle inquiries and assist customers with questions/concerns regarding product.
  • Manage/resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns.
  • Update account information in database.
  • Route calls and follow up customer calls when necessary.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Ability to show empathy to customers and quickly resolve their issues/concerns.
  • Team work oriented, fast learner, adept at multitasking.
