Job Details for the HVAC Service Sales Representative:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm *Frequent local travel

Job Responsibilities & Description for the HVAC Service Sales Representative:

  • Manages a portfolio of assigned customer accounts
  • Acquires new customers through targeted marketing
  • Identifies the key decision makers within an organization and develops a partnership with them
  • Assists customers in developing high-value solutions that meet the customers technical & financial requirements
  • Develops cost estimates for service agreements, system upgrades and small construction projects

Job Requirements for the HVAC Service Sales Representative:

  • Minimum of five years of experience in the commercial HVAC industry or in direct selling/marketing position
  • Excellent knowledge of HVAC systems and applications
  • Strong organizational, time management, verbal/written communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Highly proficient in cold-calling and networking skills
