Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in HR/Recruitment?! If so, PeopleShare in Princeton, NJ has an HR Internship that is perfect for you.

This is a great opportunity to work with a team of recruiters with a focus on hiring and pre-employment screening. The ideal candidate will have professional communication skills and is eager to learn, training will be provided!

Schedule: Hours for the internship are flexible and based on individual availability; the duration of the internship will be for the Fall 2019 semester and all hours will be within normal business hours Monday-Friday.

Location: Our office is located at 212 Carnegie Center, Suite 102, Princeton, NJ, 08540.

Responsibilities include:
* Scheduling interviews for recruiters, conduct initial phone screens of applicants and document accordingly into the internal database
* Understand and assist in proper completion of employment forms in accordance with company policy and federal/state regulations; such as W4 and I9 forms
* Greeting applicants coming in for interviews and help them with the application process
* Assist recruiters with resume formatting
* Sourcing qualified applicants on job boards and social media
* Maintaining applicant files and providing administrative assistance (answering phones, scanning, and data entry, etc.)
