PeopleShare has an excellent opportunity for a Human Resources Coordinator to work with a large and established corporation in Princeton, NJ!

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
  • Pay Rate: $16.00-$18.00/hour (based upon experience)
  • Temp-to-Hire opportunity!

The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department. Key job functions include:

  • Assisting with new hire and termination paperwork including onboarding, background checks/drug testing, benefit enrollment and separations
  • Update personnel files in the internal database, audit files for compliance as needed
  • Prepare reports, presentations or documents as requested by the senior HR team members
  • Assist with the implementation of HR Programs and company-wide communications

Requirements for the HR Coordinator include:

  • Bachelors Degree, preferably in Human Resources
  • 1-2 years of work or internship experience working in HR
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs and the ability to learn new systems easily and quickly
  • Must have excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines and changing priorities
