  • Pay Rate: $85,000 - $100,000 annually based on experience

Job Responsibilities & Description for Human Resources Compensation Manager:

  • Understands and oversees all HR and compensation information processing
  • Develops and maintains reporting to provide HR and Operations Management with human resource intelligence
  • Forecasts and reports compensation costs including salary increases, wage inflation and incentive compensation expense
  • Develops forecasting models and analysis
  • Maintains a detailed understanding of the current and future competitive issues which can be affected and/or influenced by total compensation
  • Ensures that base pay, incentive pay and performance management remain competitive and conform to current compensation strategy

Job Requirements for Human Resources Compensation Manager:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting or business related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in management or supervisory type role
  • Candidate must possess strong mathematical aptitude and analysis skills
  • Strong knowledge of laws governing compensation administration
  • Advanced knowlege fof MS Office, MS Excel and MS Word is required
