Details for Human Resources Compensation Specialist:

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30-5:00 pm
  • Pay Rate: $50-55k
  • Direct Hire - Permanent

Job Responsibilities & Description for Human Resources Compensation Specialist:

  • Handle several hundred employees from new hire to termination
  • Advise managers on employee relations
  • Create compensation and status change notices
  • Participate in the management of compensation functions, including requests for salary increases, bonuses, incentives, incoming branches
  • Manage the branch compensation spreadsheet, and other compensation related projects and activities
  • Maintain a working knowledge of mortgage loan origination compensation

Job Requirements for Human Resources Compensation Specialist:

  • MUST have experience writing origination compensation reports
  • Ability to manage a project full cycle (research and ability to execute project)
  • MUST have prior knowledge of Basis Points
