Job Responsibilities & Description for HR Compliance Specialist:

  • Responsible for oversight and providing consultation and guidance to internal departments within Human Resources
  • Provides assistance and guidance to external departments across the Enterprise with regard to Human Resources regulatory accreditation requirements
  • Develops training, implement changes, maintains records and communicates all information related to their areas of responsibility

Job Requirements for HR Compliance Specialist:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 5 year's of relevant experience
  • Experience with ACT 153 process and interacting with Joint Commission, Departments of Health & Labor
