  • Greet all visitors immediately and professionally, answer telephone calls and assist callers
  • Assist applicants with completing HR applications
  • Complete common administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, scanning and entering documentation into computer database
  • Shadow recruitment team and assist with the interviewing process
  • Complete common Human Resource tasks
