Job Details for HR Associate:

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM
  • Pay Rate: $22.00 an hour
  • TEMP position for 3-6 months

Job Responsibilities & Description for HR Associate:

  • Performing in - person and phone interviews with candidates
  • Use applicant track system ( I-SIMS )
  • Screening resumes
  • Performing reference and background checks
  • Administering appropriate company assessments
  • Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
  • Making recommendations to company hiring managers

Job Requirements for HR Associate:

  • At least 1 year of experience in recruiting
  • Experience with an applicant tracking system
  • Have good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good decision making skills
  • The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies
