Job Details for HR Administrative Assistant:

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
  • Pay Rate: 40-45k annually

Job Responsibilities & Description for HR Administrative Assistant:

  • Assist HR team with back end office tasks
  • Complete on boarding, I9 verifications, and background checks
  • Answer employee questions about HR guidelines, procedures and regulations
  • Maintain employee files and administrative protocols and perform audits of systems for accuracy
  • Coordinate all HR activities and programs

Job Requirements for HR Administrative Assistant:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field is required
  • At least 2-3 years of human resources experience is preferred
  • Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with UltiPro or other HRIS is preferred
  • Exceptional time management, organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask
