Job Details for Front Desk Assistant:

  • Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 8 hour shift in between 7AM-8PM
  • Pay Rate: $13-15
  • Contract to Hire

Job Responsibilities & Description for Front Desk Assistant:

  • Registers new patients and updates existing patient information
  • Schedules appointments in person or by phone
  • Answers phones and field incoming calls
  • Accurately update patient records

Job Requirements for Front Desk Assistant:

  • 1 year+ of medical front office experience preferred
  • OR Successful completion of a medical secretarial program
  • High school diploma or equivalent
