As a Financial Service Representative, you will be the face of the company and responsible for making outbound calls to verify loan applications. This includes making outbound calls for employment verification. In addition to outbound calls, Financial Service Representatives are responsible for performing credit checks.

Ideal candidates will have computer skills and /or data entry experience.

Job Details of the Financial Services Representative:

  • Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Pay rate: $13-15/ hour based on experience
  • Role type: Contract to hire

Daily Responsibilities of the Financial Service Representative:

  • Make outbound calls to verify employment
  • Process loan applications
  • Verify credit with the credit bureau

Requirements of the Financial Services Representative:

  • 2 or more years of consistent customer service experience
  • Computer or data entry experience
  • Sense of urgency and professionalism
