Job Details for Executive Customer Service Representative:

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday
  • Pay Rate: $18.00 - $21.00 / hour
  • This is a potentially long term to permanent position

Job Responsibilities & Description for Executive Customer Service Representative:

  • Manage influx of high volume calls with time efficiency, a sense of urgency and professionalism
  • Liaise with other functional teams to resolve customer issues
  • Assist customers with the full life cycle of accounts

Job Requirements for Executive Customer Service Representative:

  • 3-5 years of experience working in a customer facing role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word
  • Must be an expert in Excel
