PeopleShare has an opportunity for an Executive Administrative Assistant to work for an established client in the greater Princeton area.

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00AM-6:00PM
  • Pay Rate: $25.00/hour-$35.00/hour (Based upon experience)
  • Temp-to-Hire opportunity

The Executive Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support in a fast-paced office setting. Key job functions include:

  • Develop business proposals for clients.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and email communications.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM system to maintain client files and create reports for senior team members.
  • Coordinate meetings, events and conferences.
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative support duties as needed

Job Requirements for the Executive Administrative Assistant:

  • 5+ years of executive level administrative support experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM
  • Must be able to work in a dynamic fast-paced office setting with tight deadlines
  • Professional communication skills, organized and detail oriented
  • Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
