Job Details for Entry-Level Receptionist:

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday - 8:00AM to 4:30PM
  • Pay Rate: $12 per hour
  • Contract to hire

Job Responsibilities & Description for Entry-Level Receptionist:

  • Completed general administrative/clerical duties as needed
  • Field and direct incoming phone calls
  • Sort incoming mail
  • Manage daily deposits using spreadsheet

Job Requirements for Entry-Level Receptionist:

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Basic computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook)
  • Detailed oriented
