Job Details for Insurance Customer Service Representative:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
    • 8:30 AM to 5 PM
    • 9 AM to 5:30 PM
    • 9:30 AM to 6 PM
    • 10 AM to 6:30 PM
    • 10:30 AM to 7 PM
    • 11 AM to 7:30 PM
  • Must be open and flexible with shifts
  • Pay Rate: $16/hr
  • Contract to hire

Job Responsibilities for Insurance Customer Service Representative:

  • Provides first line of support and problem resolution for products and services
  • Answers inbound calls, chats, and emails from customers
  • Identifies customer concerns and provides resolution

Job Requirements for Insurance Customer Service Representative:

  • Associates Degree preferred
  • One to three years of related experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
