Job Details for Customer Service Rep:

  • Schedule:
    • Full time: M-F, 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm
    • Part time: Saturday and Sunday 11:00 am to 7:00 pm
  • Pay Rate: $12 hour to start
  • Contract to hire

Job Responsibilities & Description for Customer Service Rep:

  • Provide a high level of customer service to all clients
  • Utilize online and email to resolve client issues
  • Take inbound and make outbound calls

Job Requirements for Customer Service Rep:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service preferred
  • Experience with social media
