They are seeking entry level and experienced Customer Service Representatives to join their front desk, insurance, and billing teams!

Job Details for the Customer Service Representative:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday shifts range between 8:00 AM-6:00 PM
  • Pay Rate: $14-16/hour

Job Responsibilities & Description for the Customer Service Representative:

  • Answer between 20-30 inbound calls daily
  • Review accounts and effectively answer questions
  • Resolve account balances by processing payments over the phone
  • Accurately and timely document call notes on accounts
  • Proficiently use internal customer service computer systems and Microsoft Office products

Job Requirements for the Customer Service Representative:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
