Details for Entry-Level Bookkeeper:

  • Schedule: 8:30AM to 4:00PM Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week - Training Provided
  • Pay Rate: $14.00 - $15.00 p/h based on experience
  • This is a contract-to-hire position, pending performance and attendance

Job Responsibilities & Description for Entry-Level Bookkeeper:

  • Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts, posting transactions, ensures compliance of legal requirements
  • Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends
  • Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries
  • Ensures the company received payments for the goods and services it offers
  • Scheduling and preparing checks, resolving purchase orders, insuring credit is received for outstanding bills

Job Requirements for Entry-Level Bookkeeper:

  • 3+ years of QuickBooks experience (Required)
  • 1+ of Customer Service Administrative experience (Required)
  • 1+ years of formal Bookkeeping experience (Preferred)
  • 1+ years of Accounts Recievable and/or Accounts Payable experience (Preferred)
  • Associate or Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance (Preferred)
