Job Details for Jr. Accountant

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, 8:30am - 5:00pm, or 9:00am - 5:30pm
  • Pay Rate: $18-22
  • 100% PAID BENEFITS AFTER PROBATIONARY PERIOD!!

Job Responsibilities & Description for Jr. Accountant

  • Running the monthly AR reports and reconciling them to the General Ledger.
  • Verifying payments and applying cash to appropriate receipts.
  • Assisting with resolving payment discrepancies.
  • Processing receipts, handling cash, processing payments and adjustments.
  • Supporting Audit Services Department as needed.

Job Requirements for Jr. Accountant

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting preferred.
  • Accounting experience with an emphasis on A/P and A/R activities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel spreadsheets.
  • Strong basic accounting skills.
