PeopleShare is seeking an experienced Driver Manager for a growing logistics company in Hagerstown, MD.

Job Details for Driver Manager:

  • Schedule: Thursday - Saturday, 6:00PM - 06:00AM
  • Pay Rate: $20.00
  • Contract to Hire

Job Responsibilities & Description Driver Manager:

  • Building relationships and effectively communicating with drivers
  • Providing drivers with load and route information
  • Assist and coach drivers on time management
  • Manage drivers in compliance with policies and procedures
  • Prepare, approve and submit payroll as well as verify mileage records

Job Requirements Driver Manager:

  • 4 year undergraduate degree in business or related field preferred
  • 2 years safe driving combines with prior management experience required
  • But be able to sit or stand for a full 12 hour shift
  • Must be familiar with Hours of Service regulations and Department of Transportation regulations
