PeopleShare is seeking candidates with backgrounds in construction, hardscaping, concrete work, etc. for SEVERAL job openings with a company in Pottstown. These positions are entry-level, and are an opportunity to join a great company long-term! Hurry and Apply today!

Job Details for Entry-Level General Labor:

  • 1st shift: will start between 5am to 7am: must be flexible and work a minimum of 8 hours a day (OT available!!) M-F some Saturdays as needed

  • 2nd shift: will start at noon and work till complete which can be anywhere from midnight to 3am (again, OVERTIME!)

  • Pay Rate Range: $14.00-$16.00/hour (depends on experience)
  • Contract-To-Hire- LONG TERM OPPORTUNITY!

Job Duties for Entry-Level General Labor:

  • Working on concrete forms that are being assembled, using hand tools, putting rebar in place, etc.
  • Taking concrete panels out in the yard where they are housed
  • Finishing, sand blasting & patching imperfections on the concrete

Job Requirements for Entry-Level General Labor:

  • Must be able to handle a physical and active position
  • Must be able to use basic hand tools (hammers, screwdrivers, etc.)
  • Must be able to work overtime
