Job Details for Customer Support Specialist: As the Customer Support Specialist you will be responsible for providing strong customer service on in-bound calls and e-mails.

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday - multiple daylight shifts
  • Pay Rate: $14 to $16 per hour (based on experience)
  • Contract to hire

Job Responsibilities & Description for Customer Support Specialist:

  • Assign new orders to qualified staff members
  • Update database with accurate documentation for each file
  • Field incoming calls and e-mails to resolve issues and answer questions in a timely manner

Job Requirements for Customer Support Specialist:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • 1 year of customer service or related experience (i.e. Call Center, Clerical, Administrative Assistant, Coordinator, Receptionist)
