We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to work in the showroom of a stone distributor in Monroe, NJ!

Job Details:

  • Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
  • Pay: $13-$15/hour
  • Temp-to-Hire opportunity

The Customer Service Representative will help customers determine the right stone product to fit their needs. Responsibilities include:

  • Showing samples, slabs and pictures of product to customers
  • Provide customers with information on the material, inventory availability, pricing and product benefits
  • Work on the computer to check inventory and assist customers in placing orders
  • Meet sales goals

Requirements for the Customer Service position:

  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer proficient
  • Prior experience working in customer service or sales
  • Prior experience working with stone products highly preferred (granite, quartz marble ect)
  • Reliable and self-motivated
