Details for the Customer Service Representative position:

  • Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm
  • Pay Rate: $15 / Hour
  • Contract to Hire - Looking for career oriented candidates!

Job Responsibilities & Description for the Customer Service Representative position:

  • Responsible for speaking with customers in regard to various inquiries, such as credit & income verification, fraud detection and portfolio management
  • Answer incoming phone calls while providing exceptional customer service
  • Enter detailed and accurate call notes into customer accounts for interdepartmental reference

Job Requirements for the Customer Service Representative:

  • Minimum of 5 years of office/customer service experience within a fast paced environment
  • Strong computer skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft office
  • High School Diploma
