Job Details:

  • Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (35 hour work week)
  • Pay: $18-$20/hour
  • Length of assignment: this position is covering a leave but has the possibility to transition into a temp-to-hire opportunity

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for resolving customer issues to foster brand loyalty. Key responsibilities include:

  • High volume communication with customers via phone and email
  • On-boarding new customers into the internal system
  • Resolving billing and invoicing disputes
  • Regularly communicate with internal departments to solve problems

Job requirements for the Customer Service Representative:

  • 3-5 years of experience working in a professional customer service or call center role, handling high volume of inquiries
  • Must be computer proficient and able to learn new systems quickly and with ease
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette a must
