Job Details for Customer Service Representative:

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm OR 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Pay Rate: $15 an hour to start but flexible!
  • Temporary to PERMANENT Hire!

Job Responsibilities & Description for Customer Service Representative:

  • Complete order entry
  • Reconcile online transactions
  • Complete online order imports
  • Learn basic technical information of products
  • Assist customers with shipping issues and returns

Job Requirements for Customer Service Representative:

  • Strong verbal and communication skills
  • Must have HS diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must have prior customer service experience
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Proficient computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office
