Job Details for the Customer Service Representatives:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (1 evening per week (1pm-9pm) & 2 Saturdays per month 8am-12pm)
  • Pay Rate: $13-15/hour
  • Temporary to hire!

Job Responsibilities & Description for the Customer Service Representatives:

  • Handle high volume inbound and outbound calls
  • Present payment plan solutions for delinquent account holders
  • Process transactions
  • Maintain accurate documentation on all accounts

Job Requirements for the Customer Service Representatives:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment
  • Must have experience in collections process
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
