Details for Customer Service Representative:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday; 9:00am-6:00pm
  • Pay Rate: $13
  • Contract to Permanent

Job Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative:

  • Assist candidates with processing registration forms
  • Process candidate applications and enter application data into database
  • Meet or exceed management goals for service levels, processing times, quality assurance, and attendance
  • Answer calls within management standards, consistently delivering quality customer service
  • Attend required training sessions to improve performance, learn about new clients and develop professionally

Job Requirements for Customer Service Representative:

  • Must have 1+ year of call center environment experience
  • Must have flexibility to work Monday - Sunday; operating hours are Monday-Friday; 8:00am-9:00pm, Saturday and Sunday 9:00am-5:00pm
  • High School Diploma is preferred
