Job Responsibilities & Description for Customer Care Representative:

  • Handle customer calls and emails
  • Due processing for new and renewing members
  • Course enrollment for customers interested in training classes
  • Registering individuals
  • Track and record all calls
  • Troubleshooting any issues
  • Maintain confidentiality

Job Requirements for Customer Care Representative:

  • Excellent Data Entry skills
  • Must be able to troubleshoot computers
  • Experience in customer service call center
  • Excellent phone/email etiquette
  • Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, and outlook
  • Must be organized and detailed oriented
