Details of Customer Care Coordinator Openings:

  • M-F 10:30am-7pm, 11am-7:30pm or 11:30am-8pm
  • $14/hr

Customer Care Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephone calls from patients and caregivers, assisting with general questions, scheduling appointments, giving treatment center location information and more
  • Document all correspondence and patient demographic/insurance information into computer database
  • Provide patient, caring, compassionate customer service at all times

Customer Care Coordinator Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service oriented environment
  • Friendly, positive attitude
