PeopleShare is currently hiring a Corporate Receptionist to work at an established corporate location in Somerset, NJ.

This opportunity is seeking an administrative professional that is detail orientated, has excellent communication skills, and previous office experience.

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
  • Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.00/hour
  • Temp-Hire Opportunity

The Corporate Receptionist will be responsible for the following functions:

  • Answering phones
  • Greeting visitors and preparing conference rooms for meetings
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies
  • Receive mail and packages
  • Other light administrative duties as assigned

Job Requirements for the Corporate Receptionist:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required, College degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience in a receptionist/front desk or administrative assistant role within a corporate office setting
