Job Details for Closing Coordinators:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday Daylight or Mid Shift
  • Pay Rate: Competitive rate $14-$18 an hour dependent on client and experience
  • Contract to hire, full time with OT opportunities

A Day in the Life of a Closing Coordinators:

  • Ensure title requirements have been met for the issuance of the policy, to include obtaining payoffs, verifying marital status etc.
  • Identify/obtain all payoffs that are required for the closing
  • Confirm Closing dates/location with the customer
  • Prepare the Alta Settlement Statement / Closing Disclosure
  • Secure lender, seller and/or broker approval of loan closing documents
  • Prepare/coordinate the preparation of conveyance documents, if applicable

The Ideal Candidate for Closing Coordinators:

  • Previous real estate or mortgage/title experience
  • Great customer service/communication skills
  • Data entry/computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Requirements for Closing Coordinators:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Further education preferred
  • 1-5 years of experience in real estate titles, deed preparation and closings
