Position Details for Client Account Representative:

  • $16/hr
  • Full-time, 8 hour days, M-F
  • Hours vary between 8am-8pm

Client Account Representative Job Description:

  • Act as main point of contact for specified client
  • Manage incoming calls, emails and faxes pertaining to specified client
  • Initiate requests regarding product exchanges and/or changes of service
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with Regional Manner

Client Account Representative Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with computer programs, including Microsoft Office
  • 1-3 years of prior customer service experience
