Our client in Broomall is looking to hire several Call Center Agents to join their team!

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday
    • 9am to 5:30pm
    • 10am to 6:30pm
    • 11am to 7:30pm
    • 12pm to 8:30pm
  • Pay Rate: $14-$15
  • Contract to hire
  • 100% paid benefits once hired permanent

Job Responsibilities for Call Center Agent:

  • Answering inbound calls
  • Assisting customers with inquiries about services
  • Verifying and updating customer information

Job Requirements for Call Center Agent:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • High volume call center experience a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
