Job Details for Inbound Call Center Agent:

  • Salary: $14/hr.
  • Employees work anytime between 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Full time contract position with potential to become permanent

Job Responsibilities & Description for Inbound Call Center Agent:

  • Resolve inbound customer service inquiries such as health care benefits, eligibility and claims, financial spending accounts, and correspondence.
  • Assist customers in enrolling and renewing their health care plans.
  • Meet performance goals established for the position such as: efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first resolution, and attendance.

Job Requirements for Inbound Call Center Agent:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One year relevant experience in an office or call center setting preferred
  • Proficient listening and communication skills
  • MS Office proficiency
