Job Details for Administrative Assistant (Clerical Support):

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday 11:30 AM-8:00 PM
  • Pay Rate: Competitive rate $14-$16 an hour
  • Contract to hire, full time opportunity!

A Day in the Life of a Administrative Assistant (Clerical Support):

  • Receive, prepare, allocate and distribute new files, file and/or pull cleared and canceled files


  • Using Microsoft Office Word and Excel and Outlook
  • Use of office products, such as the fax machine, scanner, copier, and printer
  • Receive funding, tax, insurance checks, subordinations and payoffs and forward to proper individuals/department
  • Address inquiries from clients, borrowers, agents and internal staff

The Ideal Candidate for Administrative Assistant (Clerical Support):

  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Work experience within real estate industry or vendor management service company
  • Working knowledge of real estate titles, deed preparation and closing
  • Proven customer service and communications skills
  • Proficiency with computer systems
