Accounts Payable clerk needed ASAP!

Details for Accounts Payable:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
  • Pay Rate: $15-$17 per hour

Job Responsibilities & Description for Accounts Payable:

  • Reconcile vendor statements, ,match accrual invoices with receivers
  • Sort payroll checks and maintain the payroll handout list
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, including managing the postage machine
  • Organize Bill of Ladings' from previous day shipment, including getting freight costs for all
    prepaid orders and matching inspection sheets with packets.

Job Requirements for Accounts Payable:

  • Ability to multi-task and complete these functions with interruption
  • Remain upbeat and supportive
  • Be able to function in a fast paced environment
  • Be a team player
