PeopleShare has an opportunity for a part-time Accounting Manager for a small office setting in Hopewell, NJ!

The ideal candidate will have construction industry experience as well as proficiency in the Sage 100 program.

  • Schedule: Tuesday and Friday 8:00am-4:30pm (approx. 16 hours per week)
  • Pay Rate: $30-$36/hour
  • Temp-to-Hire opportunity!

The Accounting Manager will be responsible for a variety of accounting responsibilities which include:

  • AP/AR, create and mail invoices
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Job cost calculations and reports
  • Bi-weekly payroll using Paychex system
  • Month end closings and collections reports
  • Assist with other office or bookkeeping tasks as required

Job Requirements for the Accounting Manager include:

  • Proficient computer skills including Sage 100 and Microsoft Office
  • 5-10+ years of prior accounting experience within the construction industry
  • Must be a great communicator, team-player and adaptable to changing priorities
