Job Responsibilities & Description for Access Coordinator:

  • Contribute to the overall patient satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service to patients, families, caregivers, providers and the community during every interaction
  • Coordinating and scheduling outpatient appointments and procedures for up to 3 divisions
  • Performs variety of patient care activities and optimizing patient flow

Job Requirements for Access Coordinator:

  • Ability to multitask
  • Highly organized
  • Previous scheduling experience a plus
  • Excellent phone etiquette
