Schedule: Train on 1st shift for 6-8 weeks before moving to 3rd shift.

Pay Rate: $16-$19

Mill Operator Responsibilities:

  • Comply with all safety regulations while in the plant.
  • Review the mill card prior to processing in order to understand the requirements of rolling the material.
  • Assist other Mill Operators at assigned slitting machine as needed.
  • Handle material from slitting to shipping.
  • Setting up machine.
  • Forming metals.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs for short distances.

Mill Operator Requirements:

  • HS Diploma
  • Forklift Certified
  • Ability to learn computer systems
  • Must have 3 years of experience in Manufacturing environment
