Job Details for Customer Service Representatives:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:15AM-5:15PM
- Pay Rate: 15.00 per hour
- Permanent Position (Contract to Hire)
Job Responsibilities for Customer Service Representatives: As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for answering inbound calls, updating customer file, and delivering excellent customer service.
- Answering a multi-line telephone system
- Provide quality customer service
- Answering and solving customer questions
- Performing some sales
Job Requirements for Customer Service Representatives:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- At least 1 year in a call center and customer service position
- Must have a friendly and upbeat personality!
