Job Details for Export Services Coordinator:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Pay Rate: $16-17 an hour
- Temp (Contract) 3-6 months
Job Responsibilities & Description for Export Services Coordinator:
- Responsible for managing export documentation functions ex. Invoicing, documentation chasing, vessel cleaning and answering emails relating to export bookings and documentation
- Collect documents needed to secure hazardous approval and work with customers to sort out discrepancies
- Create bookings with accurate activity and no missing documentation details which are required to approve cargo for loading
- Coordinates solutions to documentation issues for customers
Job Requirements for Export Services Coordinator:
- High school or GED
- One year of related experience in the logistics field
- Export/Import Shipping experience REQUIRED
