Job Details for Customer Service Representative:
- Schedule: Mon - Fri 8am-5pm & Sat 9am-1pm
- Pay Rate: $16.89/hour
- Temp-to-permanent
Job Responsibilities & Description for Financial Services Representative:
- Service members financial needs and transaction related requests
- Educate members on products and services
- Provide members with exceptional customer service
- Answer inquiries related to loans such as rates, types of loans, and repayment options
Job Requirements for Financial Services Representative:
- Sales experience
- Loan and lending
- Customer service experience
- Ability to learn
- Ability to be organized and have attention-to-detail
